Job Description
Illuminate worship at Village Church as a Lighting & Production Designer. This key part-time role leads the lighting strategy, cultivates teams, and ensures a high-quality worship experience.
The Lighting & Production Designer will take charge of the lighting vision for services and significant events such as Easter and Christmas. You'll establish lighting standards and deliver hands-on training for volunteers across all church locations. Your work will be pivotal in creating engaging environments that enhance worship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct lighting for major events and worship services
• Set and uphold lighting design standards across campuses
• Collaborate with creative and site teams for cohesive visuals
