Duties

As a member of the home care team in the Andslimoen department, you will provide essential services to residents in the southern part of Målselv municipality. Your work includes assessment, everyday mastery, everyday rehabilitation, and active participation in interdisciplinary collaboration with general practitioners, physiotherapists, and institutional services. The role comprises two night shifts: a 46.17% FTE position and a 35% FTE position, with service to residents in home care and temporary residential care.

Qualifications

• Good Norwegian language skills (written and spoken). Candidates with another native language must provide documentation of a B2 level Norwegian exam.
• Driving licence class B.
• Experience with the Profil electronic health record system is an advantage.
