Role: LIMS Support Analyst – Application support for business applications in a scientific company, serving 600 global users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Application system support for bespoke LIMS applications* Maintain knowledge base articles* Investigate and document defects* Support incident and problem management* Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues* Configure lab instrument integrations with LIMS* Create scheduled tasks for report distribution* Run user audit reports
Requirements:
* Degree (high grade) in Chemistry, Science or Information Technology* A keen scientific AND technology interest* Analytical problem-solving skills* Strong communication abilities
