Job Description

Summary:
ADM is seeking a skilled cook to prepare and serve daily meals under the direction of a Captain on a lineboat at American River Transportation Company (ARTCo).
Job Responsibilities:
Provide balanced and nutritional meals at scheduled meal times
Provide fresh baked goods & desserts on a regular basis
Maintain & order galley stores and supplies within the budget allowed
Maintain organized and clean galley and personal area
Observe & execute proper personal and food service hygiene
Perform duties safely, efficiently and professionally
Report all injuries, illnesses, and near misses in a timely manner
Contribute to general welfare of the crew
Additional duties and responsibilities as required or requested
