Line Associate Engineer II

• Line support, line sustaining and lot dispose

• Support Engineer for any process related troubleshooting, lot history checking

• Fast response of any process or quality related issue and resolve the issues

• SPC chart monitoring

• Support engineer for all the evaluations and CIPs

• Provide technical training to the manufacturing specialists whenever there is process issues encountered in manufacturing line.

• Work closely with MFG, EE to ensure smooth and efficient lot movement.

Requirements:

 
• Diploma or poly graduates in Engineering or Science from a recognized institution

• At least 2-3 years of experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry with exposure to dry process such as photolithography/ plasma, sputtering; or wet process such as electrochemical plating, wet etching etc.
