Line Chef

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Line Chef who also specializes in barbecue (BBQ) cooking to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen, be knowledgeable in food preparation, and have the ability to operate and manage a barbecue grill to ensure top-quality, flavorful dishes are served consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and specifications.
• Operate BBQ grill, smoker, or open flame equipment to cook meats and other items.
• Season and grill meats such as pork, beef, chicken, and seafood to perfection.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and grill area at all times.
• Monitor food stock and report shortages to the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
