Line Cook At B- Liner

Line Cook will be working at the B-Liner, Kiawah Island Club location. The Kiawah Island Club is one of the premier private Clubs in the world. This position would include working a rotating schedule with the rest of the staff through the grill, saute, hot apps, raw bar, and garde manger stations. The kitchen is very busy at all times so cleanliness, punctuality, and a hard work ethic are a must. There is plenty of opportunity for moving around, learning as much as possible, being involved in daily specials, menu adjustments, and overall kitchen operations.

Job Tasks/Duties


+ Responsible for producing and providing premier food items while providing quality service to our members and guests

+ Prepares, cooks and portions meals while ensuring proper presentation of the plating of each menu item to be served
