The Moment Group is seeking an experienced Line Cook (Sushi) to join our dynamic culinary team in our restaurant. As a Line Cook (Sushi), you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality sushi and other Japanese-inspired dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This is a full-time position that requires excellent knife skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

• Sushi Preparation: Creating various sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and other dishes according to restaurant standards.
• Experience Requirement: Minimum 1-2 years of sushi preparation experience required.
• Ingredient Management: Handling, storing, and preparing raw fish, seafood, rice, and other ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality.
