• Consistency at Pace: Execute recipes perfectly and quickly, especially during high-volume periods.
• Station Ownership: Keep your section organized, clean, and prepped. A mis-en-place mindset ensures we are always ready for a crowd.
• Social Awareness: Understand that your food is the fuel for our guests' adventures; take pride in being the reason they have the energy to connect.
