• Responsible for ensuring preparedness of the entire kitchen prior to the outlet's business hour.
• Responsible in ensuring and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the entire kitchen area.
• Equipment handling and maintenance.

• Responsible for the effective usage of all kitchen resources to maximize cost.
