Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and plate food items according to standard recipes and portion guidelines
- Set up and stock assigned workstations with necessary ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food is prepared and served on time during service hours
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
- Assist in inventory monitoring and report low stock or spoilage to the supervisor
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Properly store food items to prevent contamination and spoilage
- Comply with company policies, kitchen rules, and health regulations
- Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the Head Cook or Chef
