Line Cook

We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented Commis Chefs / Line Cooks to join our culinary team. You will assist in food preparation, ensure kitchen cleanliness, and support senior chefs in delivering quality dishes that meet our standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of menu items in accordance with standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Ensure all food items are stored properly and labeled correctly.
• Comply with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Support the Chef de Partie and other kitchen staff in daily operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by kitchen leadership.
