Job Description
Line Cook
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Filipino dishes according to standard recipes and portion controls
- Set up and stock the assigned station with required ingredients, sauces, and supplies.
- Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency meet kitchen standards.
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times.
- Assist in food prep such as cutting, marinating, and cooking meats, seafood, and vegetables.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor food inventory and report shortages or spoilage to the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, equipment, and utensils.
- Properly store food items following FIFO and temperature control standards.
- Comply with company policies, kitchen rules, and health regulations.
