Job Description

We are looking for passionate and skilled Line Cooks to join our culinary team at VS2GO and VS Café, VS Hotel. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency, and maintaining the standards of the hotel's food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with hotel standards and recipes.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies and ingredients.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet hotel standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Follow proper food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper inventory rotation (FIFO).
• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
