JOB OBJECTIVE

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and standards while maintaining food quality, consistency, and kitchen cleanliness. This role supports smooth kitchen operations during service and ensures timely delivery of dishes in a resort dining environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Operate and manage assigned kitchen station efficiently during service.
• Ensure food quality, taste, portioning, and presentation meet resort standards.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
