Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe standards and plating guidelines
• Ensure consistency, quality, and speed during service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards
• Assist in inventory control and proper food storage
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting
