About the role

We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic team at Under The Balete Co', located in the vibrant Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes that showcase our restaurant's exceptional culinary offerings.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and cook a variety of food items following recipes and established cooking techniques
• Ensure all food items are cooked to the correct temperature and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our customers
