Line Cook/Kitchen Staff/ Fryer/Griller

Location: Green Infinity Building1 Congresional Ave. Brgy Burol Main Dasmarinas Cavite

Main Responsibilities:

• Work closely with line cooks, cashiers, and stock staff to prepare food quickly and with good quality.
• Make sure all kitchen tools, equipment, and systems are clean, working properly, and used correctly.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety rules at all times.
• Help with basic admin tasks for the Operations team.

Other Duties:

• Keep kitchen and storage areas clean and organized.
• Follow kitchen quality standards and audits.
• Record inventory use properly to avoid waste.
• Join training sessions, especially on food preparation.
• Regularly check that food safety and cleanliness standards are followed.
• Ensure all team members follow the CQSMA standards (Cleanliness, Quality, Service, Maintenance, Atmosphere).
• Do other tasks assigned by management.
