①Technical Competencies
Possess hands-on experience in the full workflow of transmission line projects, including geotechnical investigation (GI), survey and staking, foundation construction, tower erection, stringing, installation and commissioning.
Be well-versed in NGCP transmission line relevant codes, standards, construction techniques and quality requirements.
Able to interpret and review design drawings, GI reports and construction plans, and propose rational suggestions based on on-site conditions.
Capable of troubleshooting on-site technical issues and guiding subcontractors to construct in compliance with codes and standards.
②Communication & Coordination Skills
Able to communicate efficiently with multiple stakeholders including project owners, consulting engineers, subcontractors and supervisors.
Possess the ability to organize meetings, report project progress and coordinate resources.
