Line Human Resources Generalist - Senior

We are looking for a talented **Line Human Resources Generalist - Senior** to join our team specialising in Human Resources for Cummins in **Lindesberg, Sweden.**

This role follows a **hybrid work model** , with **60% on-site work from the office in Lindesberg** and **40% remote work** .

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

+ Leading and coordinating the full rehabilitation and work‑adjustment process, from early identification to follow‑up and documentation.
+ Supporting managers in handling sickness absence, rehabilitation cases, and difficult conversations, ensuring the employer meets all legal obligations.
+ Providing expert guidance on employment law, including LAS, MBL, collective agreements and internal policies, and managing cases such as redeployments, investigations and disciplinary matters.
