Job Description
- Prepares label tags & packaging bags for the respective products
- Physically inspects the feeds being pelleted, when the Pellet Mill Operator starts pelleting. Advises the Pellet Mill Operator to divert the feeds into the cooler only when the initial physical inspection is passed. (refer to Finished Goods QA Guidelines)
- Adjusts the crumbler depending on the product to be crumbled
- Sets the shifter (screen and the opening)
- Physically inspects the FGs in the bagging line before the Bagger bags them out. Signs on the Bagger's Quality Control & Bagging Report as proof of inspection
- Randomly inspects the FGs being bagged, including the stitches and packaging used
- Conducts necessary QA tests. If there's non-conformity, informs the Plant Operations Supervisor & concerning operators and conduct necessary remedies/preservations
