Line Leader

As a Line Supervisor, you will be in charge of the production program, leading the work group under your responsibility, according to the productivity and quality policies established by the company and the customers. You will be located at Apodaca, and report directly to our Plant manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- You will be responsible for the start-up and shut-down of the line.
- You will be in charge of the compliance with the production schedule.
- You will coordinate the daily activities in your work area
- You will assign job responsibilities to your staff
- You will give instructions for parts hanging
- You will be in charge of material handling (unpainted material, auto parts, general parts, general parts)
- Track material tagging in the MITS system
- You will verify the finished products with the required quantity and quality with the end customer
