**Job Description**



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Line Leader to take end-to-end accountability for operational excellence and team development within our Capriata D'Orba Plant. This role is crucial for driving performance across key operational metrics and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.



**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:**



+ End-to-End Operational Accountability: Assume 360-degree accountability for all KPIs within the assigned production line and area, including Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Moral.
