**Job Summary**



The Packaging Technical Line Leader is responsible for overseeing the efficient, safe and compliant operation of a production line within the Packaging Department Operations. This role ensures that production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations are met while supervising and coordinating a team of production workers. Fulltime and temporary associates.



**Duties and Responsibilities**



**Production Oversight:**



+ Lead and manage the production line to meet daily and weekly production goals.

+ Complete all training assignments and maintain personal training records.

+ Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

+ Adjust line operations as per line standards (including line output, wash up and change over standards) to maximize productivity and minimize downtime on the assigned production line.<...
