Line Maintenance Technician

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures that all machines and equipment are in good condition and operating in optimum state.
• Organizes and prioritize maintenance work schedule and plans of the day.
• Lead and supervise all Maintenance Leadman and staff, monitors quality of work and ensures their safety.
• Coordinates with the production regarding schedule of maintenance work and other concerns.
• Addresses machine related concerns of production and provide information and status of machine being repaired.
• Initiates improvements on maintenance processes and activities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering course
• With at least 1–2 years of supervisory experience
• Background in food manufacturing is a strong advantage
• Skilled in performing preventive and corrective maintenance
