Line Mechanic

We have 4 vacancies in the role of Distribution Line Mechanic working in Whangarei.

This is full time, permanent role working Mon – Fri. 40 hours plus on call roster/stand by roster
requirements which can include after hours and weekend work.

Minimum
hours per week is 30.

Hourly rate – $38 - $ p/hr

About the role:
To ensure the construction and maintenance of electrical lines to customerand Network requirements are met in a timely,appropriate and efficient manner.

- Building, servicing and maintaining overhead electrical lines up to 33kV
- Installing and replacing pole structures and conductors
- Operating
equipment and completing field documentation
- Supporting performance targets with strong teamwork and problem-solving
- Ensuring safety, compliance and quality in every task

About You:
