What you'll be doing

1. Oversee production operation ensuring the manufacturing process remain smooth & efficient by organizing workflows & monitoring staff.
2. Responsible for directing, training, and assist lower-level manufacturing & production workers.
3. Update training matrices for production team.
4. To plan and review daily production operation based on schedule planned.
5. To follow up on the relevant production for non conformance issues and to provide corrective action accordingly.
6. Responsible for production rejections, rework arrangement if required.
7. Maintaining of good 5S in the Production area.
8. Ensure quality is followed according to the specifications, clean and safe work area.
9. Responsible to resolve and to improve the production issues & weaknesses.
10. To handle & follow up daily tasks and other duties which assigned by superior.
11. Perform duty on behalf of line leader who is off duty. ...
