We are looking for a LinkedIn-focused Business Development Specialist who can generate high-quality leads, engage prospects, and close clients within the AI automation niche.

This role is ideal for someone who understands LinkedIn deeply, knows how to hunt clients strategically, and can manage conversations from first outreach to deal closure. Its a night shift job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator & organic LinkedIn strategies
• Identify and target businesses that can benefit from AI automation solutions
• Optimize LinkedIn profiles (personal & company) for outreach and conversion
• Send personalized LinkedIn messages and follow-ups
• Run LinkedIn-based client acquisition campaigns
• Handle LinkedIn inbox conversations professionally
