Job Description

Vairt is looking for a motivated and results-driven LinkedIn Outreach Expert to support our lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating professional conversations, and consistently delivering qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach.

This role requires strong communication skills, basic understanding of lead generation strategies, and the ability to work with monthly performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential leads on LinkedIn
• Execute daily LinkedIn outreach campaigns (connection requests & follow-ups)
• Maintain professional and brand-aligned communication
• Generate a minimum of 60 qualified leads per month
• Track outreach activity and maintain accurate records
