Linux Administrator - Hybrid - Zurich

Next Ventures are looking for a Linux System Administrator for a long-term contract based in Zurich, working in a hybrid setup.

What you will be doing

• Take full ownership of the Linux workstation lifecycle, from initial build through to decommissioning
• Design, run, and continuously improve centralized configuration and update management for Linux devices
• Strike the right balance between standardisation and developer autonomy
• Define, implement, and enforce security baselines and hardening standards
• Provide hands‑on support for Linux device setup, tooling, and troubleshooting
• Work closely with Group IT on policies, tooling, integrations, and issue resolution
