We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive LinuxMiddleware Engineer with strong management capabilities to join our IT Infrastructure team This role combines deep technical expertise in Linux systems and middleware technologies with leadership responsibilities including mentoring team members overseeing complex projects and contributing to strategic IT initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Develop deploy and support applications on RHEL JBoss WebLogic MQ and Kafka
Write and optimize SQL queries for OracleMySQL databases
Troubleshoot and maintain UnixLinuxbased applications and middleware
Lead and guide technical teams in deploying configuring and optimizing RHEL JBoss WebLogic MQ and Kafka solutions
Drive automation and process improvements to enhance system efficiency and reduce manual intervention
Assist in system monitoring logging and automation
