Linux/ Windows L2 Support Engineer

Support Engineers will focus on system reimage, firmware upgrades, compliance remediation, authentication configuration, log forwarding setup, and remote support across Windows, Linux, ESXi, iDRAC, Network/SAN Switches, Storage, and PDUs. Work centers around maintaining security, compliance, and operational readiness across engineering lab environments.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform OS reimage and patching tasks for Windows and Linux servers using Dell Northstar templates.
• Install and configure security and monitoring agents (Splunk, Carbon Black, Trellix, Rapid7, Tenable).
• Configure Okta/RADIUS authentication across servers and devices.
