About The Team
The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok.
Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives on treasury digitalization, including token-based settlements, smart contract-based payment rails, and application of stable coins in the payment treasury scope.
- Design and maintain a comprehensive account structure, strategy, and management process of risk control and authorization in digital currency accounts and wallets.
- Develop liquidity management framework between fiat currency and digital currency among wallets, exchanges, and custodians to ensure timely settlement.
