Listing & Closing Coordinator

Communication with clients to collect all the required documents in order to list
- Create listing on platforms
- Prepare and send listing agreement extensions and price reductions
- Closing status follow up with the closing agent in charge
- Collect documents from buyers for our files
- Calculate and process payments
- Generate reports: showings, buyer tours, and offers
- Data collection
- Coordination with agents and attorneys
Pay: $19,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
