Job Description

Our client, a large Irish law firm, is seeking to hire a Listing Executive. This is a client focussed position supporting new and existing clients who are seeking to list specialist bonds on the Irish Stock Exchange.

This is a permanent role with a leading firm. You will be working as part of a small team and in conjunction with the wider firm. You will need to be a strong communicator with the ability to multi-task and work as a member of a team.


Duties will include:

  • Assisting with trade documents and final terms – submitting and processing to Stock Exchanges and European authorities

  • Preparation of relevant support forms and documents.

  • Administration tasks including – entering trades and data into the database, obtaining LEI & ISIN codes.

  • Responding to queries and correspondence from clients and other internal departments of the firm.

  • Administration of AML related tasks.
