Litigation and Real Estate Lawyer

The successful candidate will work on both litigation and real estate matters. The role requires someone who is organized, practical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing deadlines.

This is not a strictly back‑office role. The lawyer will be expected to communicate with clients, opposing counsel, lenders, clerks, court staff, and other professionals.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist with and manage matters involving:

Litigation

• Civil and commercial litigation files.
• Mortgage enforcement and debt recovery matters.
• Construction, real estate, and contractual disputes.
• Drafting pleadings, motion materials, affidavits, correspondence, and settlement documents.
• Attending court appearances, motions, case conferences, discoveries, mediations, and other litigation steps.
