About the Team
Kennedys' Motor team manages both pre‑ and post‑litigation work, progressing cases from small claims through to complex multi‑track disputes. You'll gain hands‑on experience across litigation strategy, negotiation, and case management, working closely with high‑profile motor insurers and industry clients.
With a national presence across our UK offices, the team has a strong track record of delivering successful outcomes. Recently, Kennedys secured a landmark result in a multi‑claimant motor injury case, further strengthening our reputation for innovative and effective legal solutions.
