Litigation Associate Attorney

The West Palm Beach office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an Entry-Level Associate Attorney to join our growing Insurance Defense practice in Florida.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career attorney who is eager to gain hands-on pre-suit and litigation experience, receive mentorship from experienced attorneys, and build a long-term career in a fast-paced legal environment.


Requirements

+ Assist with all aspects of presuit and litigation matters from inception through resolution

+ Draft demand responses, pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence

+ Attend hearings, depositions, vehicle inspections, settlement conferences, mediations, and court appearances

+ Conduct legal research and case analysis

+ Work closely with shareholders and senior attorneys on complex matters

+ Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts
