This Litigation Associate (Insolvency) role offers exposure to complex, high-value restructuring and insolvency matters within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Litigation Associate (Insolvency) looking to develop both contentious and non-contentious expertise while working closely with sophisticated international clients.

Practice Focus

The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of restructuring and insolvency matters, including:

• Corporate restructuring and preventative advisory work


• Negotiation of repayment and restructuring agreements


• Formal insolvency processes, including liquidations
