Litigation Associate

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Litigation Associate with 4-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our Mumbai office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex disputes across forums, including tax matters, white-collar crime litigation, and insolvency proceedings (IBC). The role requires the ability to independently appear before courts and tribunals, manage a team of junior advocates, and coordinate closely with clients. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in litigation and dispute resolution matters before trial courts, NCLT, High Courts, and other regulatory/tribunal forums. Draft, review, and finalize pleadings, petitions, applications, affidavits, and written submissions. Provide strategic advice and legal opinions on tax disputes, white collar investigations/prosecutions, and IBC matters.
