Litigation Associate

We are looking for an associate lawyer with a minimum of one to three years of relevant experience to join our litigation group, with a focus on Indigenous, environmental and regulatory matters, and to be based in our Saskatoon office.

This associate lawyer’s role will involve a wide variety of legal matters, including:

• Aboriginal and Treaty rights litigation
• Advising on the duty to consult
• Applications for judicial review
• Regulatory proceedings before administrative tribunals
