Our established, high-volume civil litigation defense firm is seeking a seasoned Civil Litigator to join our San Antonio office. Headquartered in Austin, our firm is looking for a dedicated advocate to manage a diverse and active caseload. The ideal candidate will possess a rigorous work ethic, sophisticated legal acumen, and a proven track record in defense litigation.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage and lead various phases of civil litigation, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
Develop and execute strategic defense plans for cases involving general liability, premises liability, vehicular accidents, worksite injuries, products liability, and construction defects.
Conduct extensive legal research and draft high-quality briefs, pleadings, and legal memoranda.
