Litigation Counsel at Onni Group

Join Onni Group as a Litigation Counsel and take charge of a diverse litigation portfolio. This role involves managing cases from pre-litigation to resolution across British Columbia and other jurisdictions.
As a key member of our in-house litigation practice, you will report directly to the General Counsel. With 3-5 years of post-call experience, you will manage civil litigation matters, supervise external counsel, and provide strategic direction on litigation strategy and budgets. Your sound commercial judgment will support various internal stakeholders in navigating legal risks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee civil litigation including construction and contractual disputes
• Instruct and supervise external legal counsel on key cases
• Conduct early case assessments and prepare litigation strategies
