Become a crucial part of Onni’s in-house litigation team as a Litigation Counsel. Manage diverse legal matters from pre-litigation to resolution throughout British Columbia and beyond.
As part of the legal team reporting to the General Counsel, you will handle various civil litigation cases, including construction disputes and leasing disputes. This role provides unique exposure to commercial disputes, strategizing with external counsel, and advising internal stakeholders on legal risk. You’ll play an essential role in the legal strategy of a leading real-estate enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee a varied portfolio of civil litigation matters
• Instruct and guide external litigation counsel effectively
• Conduct case assessments and prepare litigation strategies
• Review and draft legal documents including demand letters
