Litigation Lawyer or Associate

Due to strong growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a respected Queensland law firm within their corporate disputes resolution practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise a diverse client base for national and multinational clients including high-net-worth individuals, SMEs, corporates, and government bodies
• Manage a broad commercial disputes caseload, including corporate matters, property law, building and construction disputes, regulatory, stakeholder conflicts, and insolvency matters
• Participate regularly in Supreme and Federal Court proceedings, complex interlocutory applications, ADR processes, and regulatory investigations

About You:

• Lawyer or Associate-level with a strong focus on commercial litigation
• At least 2 years’ experience in disputes resolution
• Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills
