Are you a sharp, strategic, and courtroom-ready lawyer looking to make an impact in the banking industry? We're seeking a Litigation Lawyer to join our dynamic Legal Department and safeguard the institution's interests across Metro Manila and beyond.

What You'll Do

• Represent the bank in hearings, proceedings, and government agencies with professionalism and precision.
• Draft, file, and manage pleadings while preparing witnesses for effective testimony.
• Develop litigation strategies and defenses to protect the bank's rights.
• Oversee service of summons and ensure compliance with court processes.
• Prepare litigation reports for the Board and key Committees.
• Collaborate with and monitor external counsels handling specialized cases.
• Review contracts, loan documentation, and agreements across business units.
