We're looking for an experienced plaintiff personal injury Litigation Paralega l in Dallas, TX to support our attorneys through all phases of litigation.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence
• Coordinate medical records retrieval and summarization
• Assist with trial prep, including exhibits, witnesses, and depositions
• Manage case files and litigation calendars across a high-volume docket
• Communicate with clients, providers, and opposing counsel

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience; plaintiff PI preferred
• Familiarity with Texas civil procedure and Harris County courts a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
