Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, with a 1-hour break
Salary: $1,200 per month
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support our personal injury litigation team from case filing through resolution. This role involves preparing and filing legal documents, managing court deadlines, coordinating depositions and mediations, and assisting attorneys with all aspects of litigation. The ideal candidate has a strong background in personal injury law, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple active cases simultaneously. Spanish fluency is strongly preferred , as a significant portion of our clients are Spanish-speaking.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file lawsuits, including Summons, Complaint, Civil Case Cover Sheet (CCC), and Addendums
