Litigation Paralegal (Healthcare)

POSITION DESCRIPTION DBL Law is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to work primarily in the Healthcare practice area.  The position is based in our Covington, Kentucky office.  The paralegal should be equipped with the knowledge and expertise to support a supervising attorney and enhance attorney efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.  They are essential to the success of our team and our firm.  All DBL employees operate under a ‘client first’ philosophy, in all things, we seek to provide exceptional services to our client.   JOB DUTIES Assist attorneys in preparation of client work including hearings and trials; assist with discovery/investigating facts, researching and other miscellaneous duties.

Effectively prioritize work; monitor deadlines.

File and retrieve court documents electronically for State and Federal Court in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky.
