Barakat + Bossa, a U.S.-based law firm is looking for a talented Paralegal to join our Administrative Resource Center in Medellín.
About the Role:
This full-time, on-site position, you will work closely with an experienced U.S. legal team, gaining hands-on experience supporting high-profile litigation cases. You will assist attorneys and senior paralegals with drafting legal documents, managing case files, conducting research, and coordinating litigation support tasks. Comprehensive training will be provided, no prior U.S. law experience required.
Qualifications:
Licensed attorney in Colombia
English proficiency at C2 level (oral and written)
Academic record (GPA 4.0 or higher)
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software
